Shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are €4.99, and shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are €9.99.
From €39 shipments are FREE to Spain.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are €9.99.
From €39 shipments are FREE to Spain peninsula.
Shipments to Europe are €11.50, and free from €250.
International shipments outside Europe are €35, from €350.
Delivery times to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are from 2 to 5 days, depending on the product.
Generally, all products are shipped in 24-48 hours, but there are products that require prior handling and therefore the delivery time can be increased to 5 days. Review the product description.
To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the delivery time is 5-10 days.
The terms to Europe are 5-15 days.
The terms to the rest of the world are 5-30 days, depending on the country.
The accepted payment methods are:

Orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands receive a tracking number from the Correos Express agency by email as soon as the order is processed and is ready to be picked up.
The rest of the orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Europe or the rest of the world, are sent through Certified Spain Post Office. In case you need the tracking number, contact us by WhatsApp or Email.

The delivery time depends on the transport agency, but the customer can leave a NOTE with their preferred time in the "Comments" section in the shopping cart.
We send all the products of the same order in a single package.
I already received my order
The period for returns or changes is 14 days from the receipt of the order.
Communicate your intention to make an exchange return via WhatsApp or Email before said period, and send the product to the address indicated, indicating inside the order number, reason for the return or exchange.
If you want to return a gift, a Coupon will be made for the value of the product to be returned.
