I don't know if it happens to you, that between the summer hangover and preparing everything you need for the new season, it seems that the year starts in September. We return to routines. Work, studies, new challenges... The dreaded diet is back. Summer encourages snacking, eating after hours, ice cream, meetings with friends and family that do not exactly lead us to shut our mouths...
